1. Data We Collect

HomeCam TV Camera does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal user data to external servers.

All video and audio is streamed exclusively within the user's local WiFi network, directly between devices. Video recordings are saved only to the user's own device (internal phone storage).

2. App Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

CAMERA — to capture live video from the phone camera
RECORD_AUDIO — to capture and stream live audio
INTERNET — to stream video over the local WiFi network
FOREGROUND_SERVICE — to keep the camera running in the background
WAKE_LOCK — to prevent the device from sleeping during active streaming
READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — to save and access video recordings

None of these permissions are used to collect or share personal data with third parties.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

This app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and other data for ad personalization in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Users can opt out of personalized ads in Google account settings or device settings under "Ads."

4. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Changes to This Policy

We will update this page if our privacy practices change. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
